Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has started the online Common Application Form (CAF) process for Bihar DElEd Counselling 2026 for admission into the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) programme for the academic session 2026-28.
Eligible candidates can fill the Bihar DElEd Counselling 2026 Common Application Form online from 10 August 2026 to 16 August 2026. The 1st Selection List will be published on 20 August 2026.

🎓 Bihar DElEd Admission Eligibility 2026
- Candidates must have passed Higher Secondary (+2) or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks.
- Reserved category and disabled candidates will get 5% relaxation in qualifying marks.
- Urdu candidates who have passed Maulvi examination with 50% marks are eligible.
- Candidates who have passed 10+2 through Vocational Course are eligible.
- Candidates who have passed Intermediate/10+2 after Madhyama or Foukaniya are eligible.
- Shastri, Polytechnic, ITI or other such qualifications are not eligible for admission to D.El.Ed.
