Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites online applications for the post of
Junior Hindi Translator (JHT), Junior Translation Officer (JTO), Junior Translator, Senior Hindi Translator (SHT) and Senior Translation Officer (STO)
for 84 vacancies in various Ministries/Departments/Organizations of Government of India.
Eligible candidates can apply online from 23 April 2026 to 14 May 2026.

SSC JHT Eligibility
For Post Code A to C :
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective subject
- OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as compulsory/elective subject
- OR Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi & English as subjects
- Diploma/Certificate in Translation OR 2 Years Translation Experience
- Same qualification as above
- Diploma/Certificate in Translation OR 3 Years Translation Experience
