Physical Efficiency Test (PET) For Male:- Race 100 Mtrs- To be completed within 16 seconds. Race 1.6 Kms- To be completed within 7 minutes 30 seconds For Female: - Race 100 Mtrs- To be completed within 18 seconds. Race 800 Mtrs- To be completed within 4 minutes 45 seconds.
