Educational Qualification
Health Worker (Female) :- (i) A Candidate must have passed Intermediate Examination from Board of High School and Intermediate U.P. or any Examination recognized by the Government as equivalent there to. (ii) A candidate must have successfully completed one and half year two-year Auxiliary Nurses and Midwives (ANM) training course (including six months training related to deliveries) as per Indian Nursing Council Norms and who are duly registered with the Uttar Pradesh Nurses and Midwives Council Lucknow.

अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है की वे उत्तर प्रदेश अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग, लखनऊ की वेबसाइट http://upsssc.gov.in पर उपलब्ध विज्ञपति/ विज्ञापन का सावधानी-पूर्वक अध्ययन कर लें। आयोग की वेबसाइट http://upsssc.gov.in को Open करें । “ All Notifications/ Advertisement” लिंक क्लिक करने पर View Advertisement” तथा “User Instructions” दो ललिंक खुलेगें। “View Advertisement” पर क्लिक करके अभियार्थी विस्तृत निदेश व विज्ञपति देख सकते हैं। ऑनलाइन फॉर्म भरने हेतु अभियार्थी User Instructions को अवस्य पढ़े । “Apply” बटन पर क्लिक करें, तदोपरांत “कैंडिडेट रजिस्ट्रेशन” (Candidate Registration) विकल्प पर क्लिक करे। आवेदन पत्र भरने की प्रक्रिया को पांच भागों में भागों में विभक्त किया गया हैं। Candidate Registration Photo and Signature Upload Filling Remaining Part of Form Fee Payment & Submit Application Form Print Application Form
